My name is Yohanne — I’m in my 40s, originally German–Persian, but truly a citizen of the world. After years of traveling and living in different countries, I speak five languages and, four and a half years ago, I chose to make beautiful Costa Blanca my home.

Here I live happily with my dog, Banu 🐾, and together we’ve helped many people find not just a house, but a home — and the happiness that comes with settling into this wonderful land of sunshine, sea, and community.
